Asia Responsible Enterprise Award 2024

Hylife Developments receives the Asia Responsible Enterprise Award 2024 for "Hyfive Firebreak Fireline" CSR Project by Enterprise Asia at the Ho Chi Minh City Hilton in Vietnam. 

On the 28th of June 2024, Mr. Shubhodeep Das, CEO of Hylife Group, was honoured to receive an award for the "Hyfive Firebreak Fireline" project at the Ho Chi Minh City Hilton in Vietnam. The project was recognised for its positive impact on environmental sustainability in Chiang Mai Province.

The project was a collaborative effort involving the company's management team, employees, local government agencies, non-profit organisations, and educational institutions. As a result of the project, there was a significant reduction in the number of wildfires between the 1st of January and the 11th of March 2024. Provincial data showed a decrease in the number of wildfires from 3,771 to 1,511, affecting a reduced area of 10,670 hectares. Using a standard of 11.7 metric tons of CO2 per wildfire, this reduction translates to an equivalent reduction of approximately 17,678.7 metric tons of CO2.
